Dr. Haley

Dr. Erica Haley grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. As a child she talked her parents into bringing home everything from hamsters and parakeets to dogs and cats.

When Erica was 14 years old, she began working as a kennel technician in a small animal hospital. She continued to work there as a veterinary technician on weekends and holidays into her college years.

Erica attended Texas A&M University for her undergraduate work, and graduated in 2001 from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M with her degree in Veterinary Medicine. She practiced for four years in Austin before purchasing Georgetown Veterinary Hospital in 2005. Her special area of interest is in exotic pet medicine and surgery. She is also highly skilled with dogs and cats, and believes strongly in preventative medicine.

Erica and her husband, Thomas, have a two-year-old son who keeps them on their toes! Their other family members include two dogs and three cats.
