Meet the Team!

Melissa West-Green - Hospital Manager

Melissa is the Hospital Manager at Georgetown Veterinary Hospital. Melissa, who joined our practice in 2008, is orginally from New York, but has lived in Georgetown for the past 14 years. She is currently enrolled at LeTourneu University, where she is working toward a degree in Business Administration. She and her husband Clay have a cat and a very energetic French Bulldog named Lulu. Clay and Melissa welcomed their first child, Mason on June 14, 2011.

Heather Williams - Receptionist

Heather joined our practice in 2011. She worked for many years in a pediatrician’s office but has always had a desire to work with animals. Heather lives in Round Rock with her husband Chris and their two human children. They also have three canine children named Agent Smalls, Gunner and Hera. Heather enjoys going to her son’s football games and her daughter’s theater performances, and anything else that is family oriented.

Ashley Dodd - Head Veterinary Technician

Ashley started her life in downtown Houston, but her family moved to Tomball when they realized that her Christmas present, a pony, wouldn't fit in the backyard. She was active in the local 4-H and FFA programs, and it was there that she developed an interest in dog and horse training. Ashley attended Texas State University and earned a Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science. After graduation, she and her husband, Michael, moved to Georgetown and Ashley joined our team in 2007. Ashley is very knowledgeable in canine behavior, nutrition, and reproduction, and she offers one-on-one dog training to our clients. Michael and Ashley are excited to announce the arrival of their first baby, Sarah, in April 2011.

Susie Falk - Veterinary Technician

Susie joined our practice in 2010. Her sweet personality puts animals and people at ease. She lives in Round Rock with her three children, who keep her very busy. Her hobbies include attending all of her kids sporting events and listening to live music. She shares her home with her Cat, Boo, and her two dogs, Chloe and Derby.

Emily Boyle - Veterinary Technician

Emily joined our team in 2011. Her natural instinct for animal behavior is a great asset here. Emily is a small town girl from Iowa but moved to Round Rock in 2010 with her cat, Sapphire. The majority of her free time is spent training horses and if she’s not in the saddle she’s playing with her two dachshunds. She really enjoys eating chocolate and playing scrabble.

Kalee Mowry - Veterinary Technician / Kennel Manager

Kalee makes all of our boarding guests feel at home. She is a local gal, having grown up in Leander. Kalee has 3 dogs and 1 cat, and in her free time she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and cooking.

Comet - Clinic Greeter

Comet is a four-year-old cat that has been working for us in exchange for room and board his whole life. If you come by the office, you will probably see Comet sleeping on the front desk or in an exam room. He probably won't bother getting up to greet you, but after all, he is a cat.
